USMC Help mounting mirror relocation brackets

Well I got a wild hair the other day and ordered a set of Rough Country mirror relocation brackets. I received them and installation is quite easy, except for one MAJOR problem.

I cannot remove the torx bolts! I soaked them in PB blaster and went to turn them, they turned, and turned but are spinning free! I was wondering if anyone had a trick to getting them out since I don't want to pay to have them mounted!

Are they the ones on the side of the body, if they are there are nuts on the back side of them that need to be held with a wrench.
