If your CJ doesn't have a leak then it's time to check your oil.

Not any more, after 2 weeks apart and and a Sh!t ton of money and time I think I may have about the only leak free CJ. But about the time i finally have the frame and everything else cleaned up from all the previous leaks it will b e time to start again.

Kinda of a loaded question really. All mechanical objects have potent to leak. Its all about maintenance and attention to detail. Our jeeps do things the average "car" couldn't hope to achieve. Yet Feep is no different than any other car maker. They cut corners and still mass produce thier product. Sadly they may or may not have less QC when it comes to fluids but nothing so drastic really. All my jeeps over the years have usually had some issue or another. Most easily fixed, some caused by me even, but it goes with the territory. And as bad as the worst leak ever was, NOTHING leaked as bad as my old 77 Sportster!!!

Give it a month or two!!!

I had my CJ leak free for almost a year. Then I started wheeling it! LOL.

I only have one big 'drip-drip' that bugs me now, the Saginaw PS box. My own fault, got too much heat on it removing the pitman arm, and the seal started leaking.

I made a 9 day, 3000 mile trip with the CJ last year. Only fluids I had to keep 'topped off' was the PS fluid. I went through a quart for the trip.

Didn't help that I flopped it!! Didn't loose much then, except some PS fluid, which we cleaned up.
