    Default Drive Shafts poll

I'm looking to purchase both front and rear drive shafts and was just curious on which out of the three people would rather buy. Thoughts on the product

Do you have a SYE in your TC? Do you NEED to have aftermarket DS? Why not check out some junkyards?

Out of the above, I have only dealt with Tom Woods. Great craftsmaship. Great customer service. Expensiveish, but worth it.

I ran a TW to start with, great customer service, but the shaft they sent was about 2 inches to short.
Now i've got HAD shafts in the front and rear (for two years) no issues what so ever.

Run both TW and JE Reel. Either one for my rigs. Who makes the best, well really 6 of one, 1/2 dozen of the other. I know TW and but I know JE better, both are good people and straight shooters, both get my personal business and my clients business.

Heard good stuff about both TW and Reel. I usually build my own shafts, but when I have bought, it was from TW.

We do have a local driveline shop here, but after being screwed over twice by them (second time was my own damn fault) I will never do biz with them again.

I try and spend my money locally when I can, but since in the DS dept. I can't, I went with TW.

Thanks for the input guys. I've heard alot of good things about both J.E. Reel and TW's. More people seem to lean more towards woods though....just wanted to check and see what people thought about it before I jumped in and bought it.

I went with Tom Woods, Great customer service. They will spend as much time with you on the phone as needed to make sure they build your shaft to your requirements. Looks good, runs good, I'm happy with my woody.
