I have an XJ front shaft in my waggy for the front stretch. I used 1310's (though their PN is different) from Autozone. $15 or so minus military discount and limited life-time warranty. I rebuilt the cardon joint too.

OK I'm having a brain fart from hell. I am baout to rebuild 2 front DS's out of XJ's and I can't for the life of me remember which Spicer UJoint I need. I am 99% sure it is the 297 (5-760) but just cannot recall

XJ's had 2 different axle joints, though I don't recall what year they went to the larger size.
The later models have the 297 / X760, which is the same as a D44 axle joint, the early ones used a smaller joint.

Found it! The '94 and earlier XJ D30 shafts used the Spicer 260X U-joint,
The later models used the Spicer 297X U-joint.
Looks like the Spicer 760X is a stronger version of the 297X? Thought they were the same.
