    Default Missing fuse's ?????

I'm trying to find out what the empty spots are in my fuse boxes in a 1998 tj. Number 19 fuse on the fuse box under the glove box is empty and say's "ACC. see owners manual". The manual say's its empty. So what is it for? If I put a fuse (20a) in it blows.

Under the hood I have a lot of empty spots. Number f7, f8, f12, f13, f14, f17, and f18. The manual says nothing about these.

Thanks Ryan but these are for the box inside. I have not been able to find one for the box under the hood.

My XJ has a bunch of empty spots too. But you have to watch the book!

I was having problems with my dome lights not working with either front door (but work fine with both back doors??) anyway.., so I pulled every fuse, and replaced them one at a time, using the book in the glovebox as a guide.

Turns out when I'm done, I have no reverse lights, and no A/C!!

Did some research and playing (plugging fuses in empty spots) Turns out that the book calls for 2 spots to be 'Empty', and they really need a 10A and a 20A fuse!!

Can't help ya much, other than to say that they use the same fuse boxes in different vehicles, and there are different options and accessories, so not all the spots will be used on a particular rig.
