Left front wheel sqeak

I have a 4'' lift kit from tuff country and I can't get rid of this sqeak in the left front wheel. I have replaced the U-joint 2 or 3 times and it keeps coming back.The further I go the more the noise. I know at first when the lift was put on it had bump steer. Called the manufacture, which told my mechanic to modify something and the bump steer went away and now I have this annoying sqeak. Any help out there?

Does it still squeek when you apply the brakes?

Are you sure it's from the tire area?
I'd pull the front drive shaft and drive around 1st. If the squeek is still there you probably need to replace your unit bearings.
