IMHO, that guy is the biggest douche bag in the world! she asked for an opinion, at least she is open minded enough to ask someone. The only reason I read it the whole through was cause I thought there was going to be a punch line at the end. Are there women out there like he described? Hell yes, I divorced one. Are there women more knowledgeable about mechanics than some men? Hell yes there are and I don't care if anyone knows it, cause its the truth.

If that guy posted for as a joke, well he sure as hell made a good one.

If he posted cause he really believes that, then he will have a life of loneliness.

I'm so glad my HH6 will roll her sleaves up and get just as dirty as I will when working on the jeep or playing with the quads. But she will also be the best dressed woman in the room!

My wife is also willing to get dirty. She has helped me with a lot of engine and tray swaps in the past. She does not complain at all. I am extremely lucky b/c she is a BIO MED so she is real good on electronics and such. Between the two of us we can normally figure it out.

I will say this though. if you ask you girl friend or wife to help. When they ask a question or make a suggestion listen to them. If they are way off base and have no clue what they are talking about explain it to them. If you make them feel stupid then your gonna be alone working.

I have always said that there is no such thing as a Stupid Question if you Don't know the answer. Ask away ladies. Get involved so no only are you involved but won't get ripped if you have to stop by local garage for something.

    Quoted for truth!

When my back first went out, before I learned to pace myself/manage the pain/etc, my wife would do the oil changes and tune ups!!

When I need help, I don't hesitate to ask her. She doesn't enjoy working on the Jeeps like I do, but she will lend me a hand when I need it.

And, like brew's HH6, she'll be the best dressed one in the shop!

I loved that guys response, even it was a bit harsh. He's probably just jealous becuase he drove his last girlfriend away by calling her stupid when she asked a question! LOL

My local club added it's first female member this year! This girl is great! While she doesn't know everything about her Rubi, she's not afraid to learn! When someone has a problem, she's right there watching, asking, learning. And she picked up wheeling like it was second nature.

I like to see women out Jeeping! And shooting, too!

Took the wife out to the range today! We ran through a couple hundred rounds of ammo.

Thats the same reason that Ryan did not want everyone ranting on about the patches. If you go to the link and find the post it is crazy. They locked the thread and then some tard unlocked it. Its a lot of bad publicity. Even though some of the post were quite funny but over board. I hope that no one on this site is ever treated that way.
