I don't know about near Belvoir, but I know High Tech in Chantilly does them. You can probably expect to pay about $500 an axle just for labor.

Never done them myself, if your looking for shops to do them.
There are a couple that are Vendors at NoVaJeepers that could do it.
One of the good ones is up in Winchester, ORI. Or look to our own Vendors here on MJ if you don't mind drive up. Talk to crazy4link, I do believe his shop can do it.

Depending on the day, I would show up to watch as I've never done it, if you do it yourself at Belvoir. I know one person for sure that has done it themselves, I'll ask them when they get back after their trip what advice they can give.

Check with NOVA TJ...he has done them for less than most shops and does GREAT work. I don't know his availability, but you might shoot him a PM to see.

There's a place in FL that does them for $600 an axle (they do EXCELLENT work). If you find something better than that, it's probably a good deal. Although, if you find someone who will do it for WAY less, then consider that you get what you pay for and gears aren't something you want to be messing up.

I've never swapped gears, but I've seen it done and it's not something I would try doing myself. Might be better off biting the bullet and paying a professional.

    Don,

Just curious on what made you decide on 4.88s? Most folks with JKs jump right to 5.13s... Just curious...
