Nice job on the bumper.
I don't have a clever name for this build yet. 97 TJ, 4 cyl, 5 spd. $1200. No lift, 31" Firestone Destination MTs.
I built a bumper/spare tire carrier for it. I used a spare D30 unit bearing for the mounting point.

Nice job on the bumper.
Then a Ford 8.8 that came out of this:
I used the MORE TJ bracket kit:
Welded tubes to housing (about 1.5 inch beads, I think 3 on each tube).
No other pics before install, as I was trying to get it all together for wheeling the weekend it was going in.

Since my daughter rides in the back quite a bit, I wanted a little more for her. My BIL and I bent this little guy up, and I slapped it in).
Random mirror relocation bracket pic
Then I built some armor:
I kept the front a little short, as I was planning on front tube fenders, but those are still "in progress."
How she sat after a 2" BB and 33x10.50 KM2s.

2" BB and XJ Upcountry springs (~1" lift over factory TJ/XJ springs) in the front, and 3" OME springs in the rear, on 35" MT/Rs with kevlar:
D30 upgrades: SOLID cover, Tera Hi steer, OME steering stabilizer, "custom" LCA mount skids, cut and sleeved track bar (I have to build one eventually), and Eaton E Locker (more to follow).

Seats: Stock to factory 5.9 GC seats:
5.9 seats to some Mastercraft and PRP seats:
Driver side seat in, the others are waiting for the new cage to be done (appt in May).
**I have to look for the pic of this**
And the newest addition to the TJ, tail lights and corners/flares:
**Yes, there are no back up lights at the time. They are on their way from Genright.**
The rockers will go back on after I mod them. They have to have a small piece of steel welded on to fill the gap between the rocker and the corner guard.
I will be taking off the bumper/carrier and building a new one that will swing out off of the pass side corner guard, SIMILAR to this:
This is an abbreviated build thread, as I only have some pics due to changing computers. I will add as it continues along.
What do you all think?

So here is the rundown so far:
2.5L/AX5/231, 35" MT/R with kevlar
Front axle: '88 XJ HP D30, 4.88 Yukon gears, Eaton Elocker, factory shafts, Tera Hi Steer, SOLID diff cover, OME steering stabilizer, custom LCA skids
Rear axle: '97 Ford Explorer 8.8, 4.88 Yukon gears, ARB, Yukon alloy shafts, disc brakes, SOLID diff cover.
I have a 231 w/PORC SYE and Tera 2lo kit to install (I scored the tcase and two XJ front CV driveshafts for $200). I have to get the driveshafts cut down first, and I am waiting for new bushings for my adjustable UCAs.
I still have to wire the ARB, Elocker, compressor, and switch panel. Plenty of pics of the panel install when it's done.

I am digging the fab work! Those corner guards are awesome! How much for a YJ set!
The corners I actually got from a guy on another board. They are Poison Spyder TJ corners, with home fab flares.
