It is basically 2 of us doing all the work here and to insure this event is a success it would be nice to have a little more help contact myself or warthog_cj7 to help... we will need folks at a welcome table, we need help for saturday evening, we need to set up tables and chairs, etc. etc.

I can help out Friday. I will be leaving Stafford early Friday morning. I will be there for dinner Saturday.
For Saturday night we'll need a couple folks to help with the dinner (or after clean-up). The meal with all with be delivered in the evening (I still need to clarify time). It'll have the chaffin dishes the heater things, servin utensils, paper wares, and eating utensils. They set it all up and leave. Everything is disposable, so no returning anything. I put the deposit on my credit card to lock em in, so at least the wheeling & food is locked in...

As far as helping goes, I'll be keeping track of a wife and 2 small kids but will help where needed. We both took leave on Friday the 13th (just noticed that) and should pull into Gore around 1500.

Thanks. I posted on the NCR thread also. We're (roomamate and I) are trying to head up to be there Thursday night, but if we can't swing THU off from work we'll be up Friday. More than happy with cleanup after dinner and whatever else ya'll need.
