What's the conversion cost, MPG, and how much will you save per gallon?

Cost savings? Dunno, but just had my 250 gal propane tank filled and it was a near $600 bill.

Remember you will suffer some power loss, propane does not have the btu's (energy) of gasoline.

There are a lot of LPG rigs running around especially in fleet opns where they get LPG at wholesale prices.

my jeep can't handle losing any more power... well it could but I have no desire to spend money to do it on purpose since I need an economic way to INCREASE power, without sacrificing the near 20mpg i currently come close to getting on the highway (top speed of jeep downhill with high tailwinds = 75-80mph).

Ok so the kits including the tank from @gotpropane.com run 750 with military discount. As far as fuel prices contact ur local fuel supplier and get on a contract there are several available and they can lock u in for a fuel price for the year in nova it is 2.40 a gallon for 1000-5000 a year. As far as power loss that is not neccisarily true. And it does give u all same characteristics of fuel injection for us carb. If you have an older jeep or a jeep with a carb check out www.gotpropane.com
