Tomorrow we will attempt to install the Mountain Valley Customs Fenders. These things are beefy and if I recall correctly, the tubing used is much bigger than the genright fenders that I saw on another Jeep.
Nate (notarubicon) came over to the house today and helped paint them to get them ready for tomorrow.
Here is an ok photo of them before the second coat was applied. I will post some photos tomorrow of the install.

I'm assuming those let you keep your stock inner fenders?
Do you plan on adding amber lights to the outer edge at all?
It is a shame all of that pretty paint is going to get rubbed up when you have to fit them.Ratcheting cargo straps do some UGLY things to paint!

The paint looks good Ryan but I am going to have to agree with Jeff on this one. You will be doing so touch-up painting once they are on. At least the hard to reach areas (once installed) are painted now.
We did touch up the spots that got rubbed a little. The worst part of the install was getting the snorkel hole cut again.
For the snorkel, we just tried to make a template off the old fender. I have some rock rails on the jeep, so it made it a little odd to get the template to sit right, and we found that although we had the 3 inch hole cut perfect, the two little holes to bolt the snorkel to fender had to be adjusted a few times to get the snorkel to mount correctly.
These look sweet, you have to post more picts of the install.

Those are nice! Lets see them on the rig!
