So the power valve was ok - here was the real problem.
The umbrella was shot inside the accelerator pump - only giving about 1/4 of the shot it should. No more stumble now me thinks!

Yeah no kidding... Tried my best to get rid of it today but figured it out at the last minute, narrowly avoiding the garbage can.
