    Default Delta Headlight Conversion

I spent part of my weekend replacing the Chi-Com knock-off headlights with a set of the Deltas with the white xenon bulbs along with upgrading my headlight harness. WOW what a nice difference, I can actually see where I'm going now. The lights throw a nice even pattern and are a hell of alot brighter then stock. Highly recommend it for any one that hasn't yet.

I just got the standard conversion kit for my CJ. I didn't see any of the quad bar for mine. I do love these things, it's kinda nice being able to see at night.

I have the Delta Quad bar on my JK. After aiming my lights these are pretty good. Here is an article on setting up your headlights. Good read...

I have the Delta lights on the headlamps and they are far superior to the stock ones and took about 15 minutes to swap. archero, I also have a 2008, you have any pics? I have added a few items but did ponder to add the light bar or not.

along with upgrading my headlight harness.

you said upgrading, do you mean running new wiring, tapping into the fuse block etc.. or is a plug in kit that comes with the lights, relays and wiring?.

They make a plug in kit. A few new relays wired into the battery and connected to the old head light cables. The new harness definitely makes a difference.

The plug in kits were a bit spendy for me. I just picked up some relays and wired them into the wiring. I also ran 12 ga. wire from the relays to the lights and set up individual grounds for each headlight using 12 ga. as well. The relays are needed for Cjs so that you don't burn out the headlight switch with the excessive power draw, which from what I read is a pretty common problem.
