How to replace key igniton swith
I have a 1976 CJ 5, I am trying to put in a new switch. I am not real for sure on how to do it? Do I take the steering wheel off to get in it or is there something I do from the outside of the column. Any help would be great.

Yes, the wheel needs to come off, along with the turn signal part, and the notched round disc (locks the wheel in place when the keys removed)
Then there's either a small phillips screw, or a tab that needs to be pushed in. I have a link w/pics on my other laptop, (using my new one I got for Christmas!) I'll see if I can find the link in the morning.
