I have the Teraflex belly up and the only things i did for it was a body lift, SYE, custom DS, and upper adjustable control arms in the back to adjust driveline angle. I didn't have any exhaust modification.

I am researching the same instal for my 06 Rubicon LJ. As far as everything I have seen you will need; adj. upper rear Control arms, wich you said you have, a new (CV) or corectly a double cardigan rear drive shaft, and with the MML and BL you said you are going to instal you shouldn't have any REAL exaust issues. Might have to tweek the rear hanger forward a bit to keep it from hitting the skid but a prybar can take care of that quick.
Oh I just saw in your details that you already have a Tom Woods shaft. Worst case senario is that the extra Xfer Case lift from the TT is that your shaft may need some extra length. But from what I understan is TW will do that for $75.

Well, It has actualy been some time since this thread was posted on so let me know if you installed it yet or not. How did it go. Any issues?

Did the Rokmen TT, the only thing that changes in the exhaust is you may have to shorten the hanger mounted to the skid by about 5/8 so it wont hit the bottom of the tub. takes les than 10 min with and angle grinder and welder.

I agree with all above. 1" body lift, shorten the hanger and everything should fit fine with a belly up skid plate, will be doing this to my '06 Unlimited soon as well. Now some long arm kits do require modification of the exahaust so that the upper control arms won't hit. I had to do this to my '02 when I installed the Teraflex LCG kist as the rear uppers are triangulated and we had to shorten the muffler.
