Default Anyone have intimate knowledge of how to set up a show and shine?

Just wondering if anyone has been in the inner circle as they plan and execute this type of event. I have asked a local dealership if they would be interested around the Fort Hood area, and figured it may be fun and interesting, but am not sure of what level of work is involved other than trying to get the word out.

Ryan, our club did one awhile back, and the biggest was to get a prime location with lots of traffic (bring in customers for the dealership), and ADVERTISING!

You thought of prizes, trophies, etc?

    Good Luck.

We had a show here at the shop. It can be tiring trying to get everything organized and get the word out about the show. I have a flyer, entry form and waiver (lawyer approved) that I can email down it you'd like.

Thanks. Let me wait until I hear back from the dealership. There are a few jeep dealers around here, so I am going to hit each one until one says ok.

NovaJeepers has one every year. I haven't been part of the organization of them but I'm sure someone over there could help.
I know it can get pretty involved if you want it to be. Depends on how big you want to make the event.

I got an email from the general manager today. They said yes and I am supposed to call to talk about it. This could be a fun event and may help to get some of the jeeps out from the garages around this part of texas.

Please tell me it's the Temple or Georgetown dealership and NOT the Killeen one.

Could be fun, good advertising for the dealership, great for the Club, and a chance to get numerous jeepers as well as other 4 wheelers together. Lets see how this plan for you goes and maybe we can try it too here
