Default So this is the XJ project...

OK, so I picked this up last weekend...
    SSPX3895.jpgSSPX3893.jpg
Then yesterday I secured (2) D44 "trussed" Waggy Axles, both built. 4.88 gears with a Detroit in the front and a spool in the rear. Along with that a TnT Y Link set up, 6.5 '' Springs in the front and 6.5'' RE leafs in the rear, shocks included, Transfer Case included with Hack n Tap plate and HD driveshaft, Custom HD Track bars, etc... Here is a pic of the donor XJ.

Now here is the kicker...I NEED HELP!!!! I have never done a project this big and could use a hand. Anyone local and REALLY good with wrenches. I buy good beer and am good about returning favors.

Looks like a nice project! Gonna be a trail rig only? Looks like since the axles came off an XJ the work of welding up mounts and such is already done, that's a huge shortcut.

No way I can lend a hand as I'm in Iraq right now, and live on the wrong side of the country for ya. But I can wish you good luck with your project! Have fun and tell us a little about the white XJ you got there.
