Default OR Fab Swing away tire carrier for TJ

Has anyone here used this in conjunction with a roof rack?
I'm thinking about purchasing it, but am currently running a kongo cage/rack. They both appear to mount in the same location on the rear passenger side tail light. Just curious if I'm going to come across any problems with this during installation.

I'm also using the Kongo Kage, but am using a LoD rear bumper and carrier. I had considered using the OR Fab carrier but I'm not a big fan of drilling holes in the tub.

Eh, I don't mind drilling holes. I've currently got a warn bumper/swing away, but it rattles and bangs continuously. I've also been looking for hi lift and jerry can mounting options and thought this looked like the best bang for the buck.
If worse comes to worst I'll pull the roof rack and sell it.
