    Default Ghost00TJ 3/4 ton build

    I'll use this a s the 3/4 ton build thread also.
    Parts List and Prices:
    well I went ahead and got some stuff for the 1979 (72-79) Ford 3/4 ton d60 30 spl and this is what one side looks like.
    Here is the start of the parts list I've used so far.

    (from O'Reilly Auto Parts) parts for a 1975 Chevy K20 w/350cid
    x2 Brake hose bango bolt MTM 13940 $4.99ea
    x2 Brake Hose BB BH79339 $19.99ea
    x2 Rotor BBR 81-60427 $38.99ea
    x1 Caliper (ps) A1 18-4045 $16.99 + $25.00 core $41.99
    x1 Caliper (ds) On the other reciept I'll put in later
    x1set Brake pades MSD $22.00 lifetime warranty they had a cheaper set for $16
    you may need caliper bolts if the new ones dont already have them.

    Time to get some brackets on that bad boy and bolt it up... Going to run 35sp rear?

    Still didn't answer my question. Are you going 35sp rear?

    It is a stock 3/4 ton D60 so it is probably 31 spline not 35 spline

    The solid dif cover shown did not fit! it is too shallow and the ring gear hits it before it can seat properly, which sux cause I'm not sure where the stock cover is.

    may be a 10.25 r&p set in there?
