    Default Cost for Camp MJ...

    Hey Y'all,
    I gotta go public on this so here goes. I'm damn near broke.

    I need to estimate costs to see if I can go with you all, and it's easy enough to ask cause I'm sure someone here has already done the math. What are the costs for;
    RC park use
    camp fees
    other fees?

    I didn't see it in the threads, then again, I didn't look too hard either...
    could search the web but again someone already knows

    If I can pull the cash together for maybe three tanks of fuel and the other fees I am in, great group and I really want to be a part of this one!

    Many thanks everyone, I will confirm in or out by Sunday night 04/12-Ed

    I'm pretty sure it's costing me 80 bucks for wheeling and camping friday night thru sunday. $35 a day for wheeling and $10 for the yearly membership. If you're bringing a kid, it'll cost more, but that's what I'm estimating for myself.

    Chris is right, to a degree. Kids 15 and under are free, just need to sign a waiver. Anyone 16 and older needs to get a membership for $10, first time to the park passneger fees are waived, after that it's $5 per passenger.

    Camping is FREE but primitive. Be glad there are port-a-potties, cause that's it.

    Break down is;

    Driver
    Membership--------------------$10/year
    Wheeling Driver-----------------$35/day

    Pasenger
    Membership--------------------$10/year
    First day entry waived
    After that--------------------- $5/day
    Kids under 16-------------------FREE

    So figure like Chris said, $80 at the park for 2 days of wheeling if it's just you.
    With an adult passenger it would be $95 for the 2 days.

    To add to the confusion, if you plan to wheel at RC more than the Camp Jeep, you can get a 5 day pass for $125 or a season for $300.

    Then you need to figure in the expense for food, water, BEER or in my case Captain. Be mindful that alcohol is NOT allowed in any place but the camping area.

    Hope this helps so that you can make it out.
