    Default Engine wont turn-waggy

Cant get the engine to turn over on the waggy(1979).
Replaced the starter, starter relay sylinoid, and batt cable--turned the crank to make sure its not locked.
    What else is there?

Check your ground wire as well, If there is a loose connection you will get nothing, Also try to jump the starter. If it works then jump the solenoid. If that works then it can be a fuse or ignition switch.

Auto tranny? When you did the starter, did you look in the bellhousing at the flywheel/flexplate? So what happens when you turn the key? What noises?

Check your battery voltage. Sometimes when your battery is low you will get just enough power for noise but not to do anything else

My J10 did that the other day. Hubby went out and cleaned the battery posts and terminals. Fired right up after that.
