I have been and no its not worth the drive. There are 2-3 trails that are good trails and the trails are MILES apart, and the price is too high and per person
Any one ever go to Windrock Tenn, Coal Creek off road area? Just wondering what it's like and if it's worth driving all the way there from Cleveland Ohio area. I've been to Harlan KY and how does it compare to it.

Thanks, some of our club members are leaving tomorrow to go. I didn't because I couldn't get away, plus I haven't heard much about it. On their website they don't realy have any trail ride photo's. Just some rock crawling and ATV stuff.

I disagree. We had a club event there and there was plenty to do from mild to extreme. I drove different trails for 3 day all at the intermediate level (35 - 37 " tires). Our extreme guys had plenty to do as well. Took most of a whole day to get up rattle rock.
Truck
83 Scrambler, bought in 94...starting to rust away..."we can rebuild him" Now in pieces all over the garage
82 Scrambler, bought in 05, chevy 305/TH350/NP205
86 CUCV Maintanance truck w/12KW PTO driven generator & air compressor
83 Scrambler-151/T176/D300...basically stock..possible restoration for DD duties
Most of our club has 32" tire up to 35" so I didn't know if there was anything for us there. Don't want to drive dirt roads all day. We do some pretty extreem stuff but some places have rules about tire sizes and trails.

You won't touch Rattle Rock on 35's. It has been done but it will tear things up. Of the trails there most are pretty long but Obsticals are far apart. There are WAY better places for less all up and down the east coast.

I can't imagine that 72,000 acres could be bad. If that is the case then I'd hit Harlan instead.
