Those should be 2.25" or 2.5" pucks. I've never seen them in 3" heights before. Watch your steering/trackbar relation since your axles are probably going to be offset from each other once you have the pucks installed. More than likely you are going to need adjustable trackbars front and rear.

Possibly need to adjust the upper control arms.

    Sometimes a budget boost isn't.

Well I was looking on jcwhitney and i saw the adjustable trackbars and they said that they were for 4 inch lift or more and that they would not fit if you had anything less. and how would you adjust the upper control arms?

You would have to buy adjustable control arms. There is no adjustment in the stock arms.

You can look at cam bolts to give you some adjustment on your track bars. I know they sell them at the dealerships, not sure where else.

You need to look other places. (Northridge4x4, 4x4Rockshop, even 4wd.com. I'm not sure about MJ's preferred vendors) There are a few manufacturers that make adjustable trackbars. JKS, Currie, I think Rubicon Express also has some.

Unless your TJ is a Rubicon, you should have the cam bolts already on it if I'm not mistaken. This should save you some dough. It might not need much adjustment with the 3"s.

Also with the 3", I would put it on and see how far off centered your axles are. If 1/2" or so, I wouldn't sweat it right now, but save up for the trackbars.
