Is the front axle drivers side drop? If yes, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
    The rear should work fine.
You might need to get an adapter for your rear parking brakes. You might need a new drive shaft as the 44 is a bit larger than your current 35... at the very least you would need a different u joint to mate up your stock shaft to the 44.

The rear will work it's 2" skinnier than the YJ at 58" wm to wm. The bolt pattern is 5 on 5.5" So you will need wheels or adapters. You could easily run 1" wheel adapters to go from 5.5 to 4.5 lug patterns and it would allow you to run the existing wheels and widen it to the same as your front diff.

As for the front diff, the scout is a right hand drop so you need to convert the tcase or the diff. If you want to keep it left drop then get a 87-91 grand wagoneer front d44 and put ford outters on it to match the 5 bolt pattern of the rear scout d44. The Scout D44 has caster issues, they run at 0' caster. To work on jeeps they need to have the inner c's cut and re-welded with the correct caser angles. I can't remember the number but I think it's like 6'-8' caster. Using the Waggy diff it's near a direct bolt in and you don't have to do much. That's why most folks run both 87-91 waggy d44's in there YJ's.
