    Default Firestik Firefly

    I bought a firestik firefly, and on the bottom it doesnt have a coax wire plug in.. Can any one help me figure this out..?

    The bottom should be threaded to allow you to attach your cable/hook it up to your antenna mount.
    Don't forget to tune it before turning everything on.

    The bottom is threaded but there isnt a hole to put the coax wire into

    It's raining out or I'd go look at mine real quick....
    I think mine just screws into the mount, then I have the cable running from the mount to the cb and to a ground.

    ok there is a adapter that you need the whip screws in to the top and the cable screws into the bottom some brackets that you buy will have this or if not. like mine i had to go buy a cheap bracket from radio shack and take the adapter out of it. the do not just screw together

    Don't forget a heavy duty spring to go between the adapter and antenna. Trust me on this one.
