I would imagine so. You may get some rubbing on the trails with your wheel turned all the way to one side.
I'm putting a 1.5" Teraflex BB on my 2005 TJ. The BB information says it can be 2" if I leave the factory rubber insulators. Assuming that I do the second, can I put 32x11.5s on my Jeep?

won't 32s fit on a stock jeep?
2012 kawasaki Teryx4
Sold-85 CJ7, 6 inch lift, siting on 36's, welded rear, lots of drain holes
Sold-93 YJ, 4.0,
Go ahead and put a 1.25" body lift on it with the BB and buy some 33s. They don't really cost any more than 32s and it will be fine. It helps if you have the 4.0. The 4 banger may not appreciate it as much, but you can do it.

Update: Put the 1.5" Teraflex BB on and left factory insulators in place (making it a 2" lift). 32s work fine but it wouldn't work (at least not well) with just the 1.5" lift.
thanks for the update. nice when people come back and give results from the questions as a here is what worked that way the next guy knows what does work and not what should work. thanks again
do you have any rubbing at turn? i had a BB with a 1" BL for a while on my TJ, and had all kinds of rubbing problems at turn lock. i ran the controversial wheel spacers, and didn't have any problems any more. just food for thought.
