    Default Emergency Medical Information Card

I found this site while looking for motorcycle information. They produce a wallet size card that you print off on your own printer, they recommend keeping it behind your drivers license. I just made one and it comes out really good. The best part is that it is FREE.
As a paramedic, when I find patients that can't talk, having access to information like this is a great help to both me on the scene and to the doctors in the ER. I have created medical information forms for some of the other clubs that I belong to and we designate that the form be kept in the glovebox or center console of the Jeep on any trail ride. This would be a great alternative and you would have it with you all of the time.

Thanks for the site. I did it just to try it out and it was easy. Once I am around a computer with a printer, I am going to make one for myself, my wife and our kid and stick them in the jeep.

    Thanks

Thanks Streetdoc as I just made a complete listing for each family member, that way everyone has a copy just in case of an emergency.

Thanks for the Info. I made one for wife and I, and sent link to friends and family members. As an X- EMT, I also know the importance of such information. Many times we have looked through a victims wallet trying to find information that may of helped us at the time.

That is sweet. Good looking out. It is small enough that I can carry it when I mountain bike as well. I know I have seen a lot of people that got really screwed up biking.

    Thumbs up Great site thanks!!!

Something else you can do is to put in your phonebook on your cell
is I.C.E. = "In Case of Emergency" Most EMS and Police around here, have been taught this, to look for it in the persons' cell contact list. I have three different ones listed..

Not to worry as when I did mine I put in bogus info, then copied the completed emergency card from the web with the bogus info into MS Word. In Word I corrected all the bogus info and added all the other info I needed. Nice thing about doing it in MS Word is you can copy and paste the whole card and get 4 cards on a single page and not have to worry about a non-secured site.
