Rears nothing, they are same size width.
Fronts, new shackles and both mounts on the frame. Maybe new u-bolts, depends if they are flipped or not.

So I'm going to have to cut the old hangers and weld on new ones?

No mods are required to the front frame mounts the 2" spring comes with wider bushings on the frame side to make them fit the mounts are the saame (4wd hardware part number:8127712 same for all 4 locations) The yj springs fit right in. The only thing that needs changed are the front spring shackle mounts, you need to run rears on the front (4wd part number 5355281) or shims to space the shackles out straight. I bolted a set onto my CJ before to be able to roll it around. I'm fixing to use a set now to do an SOA.

So I don't need ANY of the 1st part number, but 2 of the 2nd part to install on the front? Thanks highlander.

Chris, You will also need front spring pads for the wider springs.

So I'd need to cut and weld on new pads to the axle as well, TJ?

Keep this tidbit in mind also. I would Highly Suggest you do a shackle reversal at the same time you are reworking the front end. I noticed the difference Immensly on my YJ.

Correct and you will need the bushings that go in them they are the same as the rear. (Part no: U60359BL -- black poly bushings) you'll need 4.
