Could always check out Crutchfield. I'm also looking at replacing mine so I'll be interested to see the responses too.

    Another recommendation for Crutchfield.com

You will pay a little more, but on one website you can enter the exact vehicle you have and then it will show you what fits for stereo's and speakers. You can search the site to find speakers that exactly fit the stock location or a sales rep will help you build a system with bigger amps, subs, etc.

Then you can order the stereo, adapter plate and wiring harness to easily put it in your TJ yourself. When you order from them they include installation instructions. They only other items you will need are a soldiering iron, solder, and shrink tube to cover the connections.

I just used Crutchfield for my Alpine stereo install and they were awesome.

The supertunner in my XJ has been in there for 8 years and is a great unit. BUT, in a topless Jeep they don't fare as well. Get a lil moisture in them and they are done. I should have done it right the first time, lesson's I've learned, number one Tuffy Consoles are worth there weight in gold, if I bought one to put the first super tuner in it might have survived like the one in my XJ, and after spending the $$ to replace 4 radios it would have been cheaper to buy the console and one radio. Lesson two, I have found the JVC's hold up to adverse weather conditions better and have controls that are less gizmoish and easier to operate. Lesson three, If your putting one in a topless Jeep you may consider a Marine version that is even more moisture resistant.
