    Default 4WHEEL DRIVE Contest

You guys ever heard of this GEO STASH contest? I JUST saw it in the magazine.
They hide GPS coordinates in the magazine.. and they lead to a marker... you find the marker, you win a prize for that month. Maybe I'm just late on this...but its pretty cool.

Did not know that. If anyone finds that the coordinates are around Central Texas, I will go get the cache for them.

I've read that magazine through and through a few times and haven't found anything yet, I think I'm looking in the wrong places.

It would be a great way to spend the week end.

Thats cool. I've done some geo caching before (not for prizes)

It's a great thing to do with the kids, and there's people all over that do it. You can even hide a 'cache' and then post it's coordinates, and let others find it.

Here's a site for regular old geo caching http://www.geocaching.com/

It's also great for sharpening your skills on the GPS.
