the only thing i need to get is wheel spacers and shocks, but i found 4 spacers on craigslist for 100 bucks and i have someone offering my their shocks on JF, so well see

RE 3.5 is a great lift, I have had one on my Jeep since 2005.
It nets 4" before the springs settle from the weight of the Jeep, but its not enough to run 35's by itself. The only additional lift you need is a 1" body. You will prob also have to get some longer bumpstops to limit up travel into the fenderwells.
Plenty of people on JF have run the RE 3.5 with a 1" body lift with great results.
