    Default Electrical prolbem (No Bus)

I have an 09 wrangler with 21k miles, it recentaly started haveing a prolbem. while driving both gagues drop to zero and the windshild wipers come on, the airbag light, and traction light come on and the odometer says No Bus. then everything comes back on. I took it into the local jeep dealer and they said i needed a new control module and they claimed they replaced it. Prolbem fixed or so i thought. about a week later with just normal street driving the prolbem starts again, so i take it back to jeep and they say its not covered under waranty and i got water in one of the control modules or electrial system. any ideals of what it could really be? and why they dont want to cover it under warrany this time?

Contact Dealer main HQ and talk to them, tell them they will not help you, That they are guessing at the problem ant will not honor the waranty. If they find something wrong that you caused then you have to pay but they have to prove you did it, they can't just say it without checking it out

    hope this helps

there is (or was in tj's) a main bus plug for the dash. I had this same problem, the plug was loose and would rattle apart giving the same problem. mine was started when the PO added an alarm and who ever did it left that main plug a bit loose.

check the main wire harness for the dash. Push all your connectors back together and check for loose/broken wires too

X2 on a different dealer and then file a complaint with Chrysler about the first dealer.
I'm Mike, make sure you spell it right, because I do not want to get the wrong A$$hole in trouble.

If you do not have time to do it right the first time, how do you have time do do it over?

think the prolbem may have sumthing to do with hot weather or that makes it happen, i started driving from texas to colorado and it was mid day and hot. prolbem was happening like every 5 min. then it starts gettin late and cooling off and the prolbem stops, and has not happened here in colorado. but it hasnt been over 80.
